Welcome to Crosswinds Community Church ! If this is your first time to our website, we are glad you stopped by and we hope to meet you in person soon.  If you have visited us before, welcome back.   This is an exciting time at Crosswinds! We are currently in the middle of one of the most important transitions in our church’s seven year history. We are moving to a new church building! For the past six years we have rented a warehouse on South Main Street in Bloomington . After much prayer and negotiation, we have purchased the former Faith United Methodist Church building at 400 Union Street, Bloomington. God has clearly made the way for this move to happen and we are deeply grateful.    Although the building in which we gather to worship will soon change, the heart and vision of our ministry will not.  We have always felt called to go to the people.  Our new building is located in the heart of the Northwest Neighbor of Bloomington; near hundreds of families, dozens of businesses, Illinois Weslyan University, and an elementary school. God has picked us up and placed us in the middle of the people.  We could not be happier about the location of our new home!   We will continue to meet at our current building, 2712 South Main Street through Sunday, August 31st.  Community Worship begins at 10:30 am.  Our first Community Worship at our new location, 400 Union Street will be Sunday, September 7th at 9:15 am (NEW TIME!).  Our KidStuf Family Worship will re-launch in October, also at a new time of 11:19 am.
