Windows Media format Click to download MP3 format Click to download         I remember Jill’s words well, “Markie, I am pregnant.” I was excited and scared all at once. But, it was good news, that I have heard four times. Friends, I have good news for you [no..I/we are not pregnant…that would be a shock]   Friends, here is the good news…we reached agreement on the purchase of the Faith United Methodist Church building for $200,000.00. We have yet to finalize the details of the contract and the closing. We are anticipating a June 30th (?) closing.
