I love red licorice, jelly beans and M&M’s. I love to putter in my garage. I love to dream…
What do you love?
When I look around and think about love, I can truly see that it is easy to love things and not one another. How do we seriously do that? Love is tough. It is hard work. It sometimes seems impossible, but the Book, tells us that “we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.”
This weekend we are looking at the Greek word for love. Agape means that I would live receiving God’s love which works to mature me to the depth and power of love, resulting in knowledge and insight.
Think about this. When I accept God’s love, it deepens me, and it gives me a deep insight and knowledge in how to love Him back, how to love myself and how to love others. This is the truth we’ll be exploring this weekend.
